REAL ID Deadline is Here
The deadline to be REAL ID compliant for domestic flights in the U.S. is fast approaching—starting May 7, 2025, travelers must have a REAL ID to board flights with just a driver's license.
This updated ID, marked with a star. Travelers can still use other form of ID like a U.S. passport or DHS trusted traveler cards.
Notice: United Kingdom Electronic travel Authorization Update
The U.K. government has opened applications for the electronic travel authorization (ETA) needed to visit the U.K. The ETA will be required for travel as of January 8, 2025.
Eligible visitors can apply on GOV.UK. The ETA costs about $12 and permits multiple journeys for two years or until the holder's passport expires, whichever is sooner. The ETA is digitally linked to a traveler's passport and allow for stays of up to six months at a time.
